I had to attend a last minute Hawaiian themed party last week so I ordered two Maile-Style Ti Leaf Lei for the hosts and two Single Strand White and Purple Orchid Lei for the hostesses. I recently ordered the Graduation Leis Special for my sons High School graduation. It was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! and made the day very special. Just wanted to say how impressed we are with your company!! The leis arrived on time on Wednesday morning and I didn’t get home until 7pm. We opened it up and it was packed really well and it still kept cool despite it was sitting around for almost 10hrs in our building. When our son became engaged last year, one of my first thoughts was that I would like to have leis flown in from Hawaii for the special day, just as we did for my 25th wedding anniversary party years ago. When our son announced with only two weeks’ notice that the wedding would be happening on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, I was worried that perhaps there wasn’t enough time. After all, putting together the plans for a wedding in less than two weeks gets pretty hectic! The ordering process was fast and easy, and all of the leis were gorgeous! Since the wedding was very small, I ordered leis for each of us and extras for the table at the wedding dinner. Each was simply exquisite and everyone was very impressed. The flower leis arrived for my parents 40th Wedding Anniversary yesterday, and they were beautiful. They couldn’t get over that the flowers came all the way from Hawaii. My Dad has dementia now, and soon as he saw all the decorations and leis he said thank you. We wanted this trip to the beach for a week, and their 40th Surprise Luau be very special for them. We wanted to bring a little of Hawaii to them on this special anniversary. My brother wore the greenery haku lei and played an ukulele and the conch shell. We learned that when my parents honeymooned in Hawaii 40 years ago, that they had a few challenges in their travel plans, and that they arrived later than expected. My wife Stephanie and I , born and raised on Oahu now call our home Fort Worth Texas. Moved here when my son was 1 and now he just graduated High school. After scanning the web we chose your company to order leis from. It was either Amy or Emily I think that took my order. My main concern was the freshness of the leis being sent and Amy made sure I knew that she couldn’t guarantee the Tuberose leis might not hold up to the time and weather traveling to Texas. My sons graduation was on a Sat and I wanted to receive the leis on that friday to be sure it would be in time so that meant you guys would have to send them out on that wed. Well that friday am a fedex truck delivered the leis around 945 am. The 2 boxes were taped together and in great shape. When I opened them up I was amazed at how much care went into the wrapping and the box was insulated with styrofoam. The leis were all still cold too!! We received our leis in time yesterday for my son’s graduation. The Kukui Nut Lei with the painted gold hibiscuses is beautiful. My son received multiple compliments after his ceremony today. Unfortunately he was not able to wear the single white orchid lei, as it arrived and already started wilting. I was a little bummed because it was so lovely, but Leilani was kind enough to issue a credit back for that particular lei, you never disappoint with the great customer service! Mahalo again!

Wednesday June 10th I received a text message from my sister in California asking when she could expect the Lei I “shipped”. I was planning on mailing one on Monday in order to save a few dollars. Needless to say I dropped the ball and frantically Googled Lei shops knowing I just up’d the price I was going to pay and not trusting that the Lei would make it on time, before noon today June 11th. Not only did the Lei arrive on time, but it was 2 hrs. early. It was beautiful and although I spent more than I actually was anticipating in the first place, I was pleasantly surprised at the amount I ended up paying was a lot less than I expected. Thank You so much for saving me, at a time when it could have been disastrous for me. Kudos to all who helped in making sure my niece had a fresh flower lei from Hawaii to wear at her graduation today.

To the Staff of Hawaii Flower Leis… My heartfelt thanks to all of you for the amazing job you did in processing my late order and making sure it arrived at its destination on schedule. I placed my order late Tuesday night, and it arrived in Fort Collins, Colorado with hours to spare on Friday afternoon. IMPRESSIVE! The staff member who I spoke with to confirm the order was very helpful, very professional, and most of all, reassuring. The delivery meant a lot to me and I was worried it wouldn’t get there, but he was so calm and friendly, I trusted him when he said the order would ship on time. The flowers I ordered were for a very dear friend who passed away unexpectedly. She loved Hawaii. I couldn’t go to her service tomorrow on the Mainland, but at least now, knowing that the Maile lei you sent to her will surround her picture, and the other leis will be worn by her bereaved family, I feel like I am there to give them a hug. Just want to give you some feedback on this order. The leis arrived in good condition and were beautiful so we were very satisfied with that. The leis were delivered to the wrong address, however. If you look at the history of this order I requested a change in the original delivery address and you confirmed that you made the change. When we got to our hotel in Stockton we caused a great deal of confusion as the leis weren’t delivered to our hotel, but to our son’s apartment. Everything was fine once we sorted out where the leis were, but something went wrong in your system for updating the shipping address. But everything worked out and the lei’s were beautiful. Aloha

I ordered the wedding lei package with the maile style ti leaf lei and white haku. They were absolutely gorgeous and the fragrance was a sweet smell of Hawai’i! It made me feel like I was back home. It was a marvelous experience. We were quite pleased with the leis. The leis arrived on time in Snyder, New York(Buffalo). They were fresh, looked beautiful and were well packed. We drove to Columbus, Ohio for our Grandson’s graduation at Ohio State on Sunday, August 4th. To insure the leis being fresh we refrigerated them until we left for Columbus on Saturday, August 3rd. The flower leis came out beautiful and fresh!! I ordered 3 double white orchid leis for 3 of my sisters, one in Texas and 2 in California. Just wanted to tell them “I love you” as my sisters before I get too old or before it’s too late to tell them. They did the trick!! One sister called me crying, another sent a video to me all happy wearing her lei, and another wrote a very nice email not expecting to see the long box with the beautiful lei inside!! I saw the guy who ordered 9 leis from our company. Turned out that I was the one that packed it! IT was sent to Maryland for his son’s graduation. He was the only one who had a lei and everyone commented that they couldn’t believe they were REAL, they were so beautiful!! He was happy and got me a taffy candy treat from Maryland to give to me when he got back to Oahu!! They are truly unique and beautiful gifts to send! Mahalo!!

I just wanted to thank you for resending the flower leis! As you heard on the tv news, we were struck by tornado’s April 27th. In our area, nine people died. My sister’s house had trees land on her house and all around. Her mother in law’s house had trees land on her house which crushed it. I was going to use the first set of lei’s for a friend’s bridal shower. But that was done later. these lei’s will be for my daughter, Rebekah’s high school graduation. Rebekah was born at Queen’s hospital in 1992 when we were stationed with the Navy. She later graduated kindergarten from Koolau Baptist church schools. Although she lived in Hawaii for just five short years, she considers it home 🙂 I have attached a picture of her when she was six years old. You didn’t have to re-ship the flowers, but your kindness is going to make her graduation day a reminder of what it was many years ago! Thanks so very much!!

Hi, All I have to say is you guys are AMAZING! I ordered the loose orchids and Ti Leaves for the table decorations. It was for my daughter’s beach wedding and the reception was overlooking the ocean. I got glass bowls and put the Ti leaves under the glass bowls, the orchids in water in the bowl with a floating candle. The bowl had a small section separated from the larger area and I pulled in the pink lily from her bouquet. It turned out gorgeous. I also used the leaves and orchids around the cake. The delivery was prompt, the flowers were fresh, and the instructions were extremely helpful (how to store leis, let ti leaf lei air dry, etc.) . ALOHA!!! Thank you for making my 50th birthday and my best friends 50th a hit with the leis I ordered! My friend and our husbands wore our leis all evening Saturday at the Tulalip Casino in Washington, (north of rainy Seattle) for dinner, our birthday party, dancing and playing slots, then wore them for breakfast, at the spa and shopping! I want to thank your company for the beautiful Lei’s I ordered for my daughter’s college graduation. Her and her friends just loved loved loved them. Before I placed my order – I s/w Sheena and she was very helpful, no matter how “stupid” the question. She recommended – any of the Purple Orchid Leis for 5 hr drive. We should have a cooler available with ice on the bottom with newspaper covering the ice and having the leis in bags in the cooler. I did exactly what she said… and they held up beautifully!!
