How soon should I place my order?

It’s never too early to order! With, you choose your desired delivery date. So no matter when you order, we’ll make sure it arrives fresh and beautiful on the date you select. Orders should be placed at least 2-3 days in advance.

How will my order be sent?

To ensure freshness and timely delivery, your order will be shipped using the fastest delivery methods available. Packages can arrive overnight to most cities in Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. All other destinations East of the Rockies take 2 days from Hawaii. How will my leis & flowers be packaged for shipment?

We make certain that each shipment is packed with great care. Fresh leis and/or flowers are packaged in a custom-made insulated box and kept moist and cool throughout the shipment.

How do I care for my leis or flowers when they arrive?

Care instructions are included in every shipment. When you receive your package, we ask that you carefully unpack your leis and flowers and follow the care instructions listed on your packing slip.

Will I be able to track my shipment?

Yes. The day your package leaves Hawaii, your FedEx tracking number will be sent to you via email.

What is your cancellation policy?

As long as an order is cancelled no later than 4 days prior to the scheduled delivery date, a full refund will be given.
