In Hawaii, lei making is a wonderful event that usually precedes a family gathering or a special celebration. It’s a time for family and friends to come together and “talk story” and share in the spirit of aloha while they each make a lei.
Each kit includes 200 lei flowers (orchids), 4 lei needles, lei twine, and lei making instructions. It takes 50 lei flowers to create one single strand lei, so if you want to make more than 4 leis, we advise you to purchase extra lei flowers. Select your desired orchid color or color combination.

Please note that green orchids are much smaller than the other colors, therefore we do not advise all green, unless you don’t mind making shorter than average leis.

White Orchids – 2 inches in diameter.
Pink Orchids – 2 inches in diameter.
Green Orchids – 1.5 inches in diameter.
CARE
Sprinkle with water, place in plastic bag and refrigerate. Ideal temperature 54°F (12°C).
