Instructions: Keep dry, wrap in waxed paper, and refrigerate. Should be handled as little as possible.
The Jasmine flower was introduced to Hawaii in the 19th century. It was Princess Kaiulani’s favorite flower, the sweet smelling Arabian Jasmine, was so named “pikake” (peacock) because she was fond of both the flower and the bird.
