A single strand of fragrant white ginger blossoms, gathered in the Hawaiian rainforest. Although not long lasting, the scent of ginger is not soon forgotten!

Originally from the Himalayas region of Nepal and India, the White Ginger Lily was introduced to Hawaii by early settlers and has since been naturalized. It grows well in the Islands without harm to other species, and is a favorite fragrant flower lei in Hawaii.
